Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • It must be in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at Support@radianceandrogue.net. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing the claim.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed makeup products
  • Personal care and beauty items once opened
  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your unopened item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
